These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 897jl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://897jl.net and all related gaming services, features, and content offered therein.

897jl is operated in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the Philippine government body responsible for overseeing and licensing lawful gaming operations within the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 897jl platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional policies published on the 897jl platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules communicated at the point of participation.

To be eligible to register and use the 897jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay. 897jl does not accept players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online casino gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of 897jl or its affiliated operating entities.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 897jl or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform under a currently active exclusion period.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

897jl enforces age verification through its KYC process. Any player found to have misrepresented their age will have their account permanently suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate PAGCOR authority. Deposited funds may be returned at 897jl's sole discretion after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 897jl platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. 897jl reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to suspend accounts where discrepancies are identified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 897jl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Notify 897jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person to use your 897jl account, regardless of your relationship with that person.

897jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials, except where such access is directly attributable to a security breach on the platform's side.

Full KYC verification — requiring submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) — must be completed before the first withdrawal request can be processed. Additional supporting documents may be requested in cases flagged for enhanced due diligence.

897jl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 897jl's discretion, with notice provided via the platform's payment page.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party funding — where the deposit source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and potential fund seizure pending investigation.

Key deposit conditions include the following:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 897jl wallet as soon as they are confirmed by the respective payment gateway — GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.
• 897jl does not charge platform-side deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits may not be reversed once funds have been credited to your account and play has commenced.
• 897jl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that originates from a flagged source, or that appears connected to fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, or to a verified payment account in the player's name.

897jl aims to process all approved withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Processing times are subject to the following guidelines:

• GCash and PayMaya: Typically processed within a few hours for fully verified accounts during regular operating hours.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers: Processed within 1–3 banking business days.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours will be queued and processed on the next available business cycle.

897jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documents are under review.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation.
• Outstanding wagering requirements from active bonuses have not been fulfilled.
• The requested amount does not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.
• Anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks require additional documentation.

In cases where a withdrawal is declined, 897jl will communicate the reason to the player via the registered contact details and provide guidance on remediation steps where applicable.

897jl offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and game-specific tournaments. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have completed account registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• 897jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players who have already opted in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus funds remaining after expiry will be automatically removed from your account balance.

All games available on the 897jl platform — including slots, bingo, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games — are subject to the rules of the respective game providers in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the game provider's rules shall govern individual game outcomes, while these Terms shall govern account-level decisions.

897jl's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of long-term statistical averages across large numbers of game rounds.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 897jl will apply the following policy:

• If a game round was interrupted before a valid outcome was recorded, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• If a valid game outcome was recorded by the platform's server prior to disconnection, that outcome shall stand regardless of what was displayed on your device.
• 897jl's server records are the authoritative source of truth for all game outcomes and transaction history.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, that outcomes are determined by chance, and that past results do not influence future results in any game on the 897jl platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 897jl platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR authorities where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one player account, whether in the same name or using alternate identities.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other activity intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer game modes.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or applicable international anti-money laundering standards.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 897jl staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

897jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and our own duty of care obligations, 897jl provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased only after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from 897jl. During an active self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to make deposits or place wagers.

In severe cases, 897jl reserves the right to impose account restrictions or closures in the best interest of player welfare, without requiring player consent.

897jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering with 897jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with PAGCOR reporting obligations, and improving the platform's services.

897jl will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement, or financial institutions only where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 897jl's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player into their 897jl account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

897jl expressly excludes liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities attributable to platform downtime or technical errors beyond 897jl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays not caused by 897jl.
• Any act or omission of a third-party game provider, including incorrect RTP displays or game-round errors resolved per Section 07 of these Terms.

Nothing in this section shall limit 897jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

Players may close their 897jl account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to a verified payment account in the player's name after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

897jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized access to the account.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or a law enforcement authority.
• Identification of the player as a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements that cannot be satisfied.

Where an account is suspended for investigative purposes, 897jl will communicate the status and expected timeline to the affected player. Funds held in suspended accounts are preserved pending the outcome of the investigation.

897jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 897jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification displayed upon next login.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the effective date of any amendment. Continued use of the 897jl platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 897jl recommends checking this page each time you log in if you wish to stay fully current.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), and all applicable PAGCOR regulatory issuances.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 897jl arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 897jl's internal dispute resolution process, which may be initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of submission, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, in accordance with its applicable procedures for PAGCOR-licensed gaming operators.

Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
